Embodied Material

is an exploration of our human experiences through the use of ubiquitous objects. The figurative artwork is created with credit cards, to-do lists, and business cards in order to build a reciprocal relationship between image and material. The found colors, textures, and lines provide fractured hints of the people who are represented by these materials— while the body language of the figures draws upon how we universally relate to these systems.
